Charleston- Kieran McIlvenny- USSF A license, Duchess Community College Head Coach and Eastern NY State Soccer Coach Educator ENYSSA. McIlvenny has been the Head Girls Coach for ODP at ENY North, DOC of both Rye Youth Soccer and LaGrange Soccer Club in NY. He was also the Varsity Coach at Rye Country Day School. McIlvenny coached Women's Soccer at Arlington High School for 10 years. During his tenure, he won five Section 1 titles, four Coach of the Year awards and led the Arlington Admirals to victory in the New York State championship in 2016. That same year he was named New York State's Coach of the Year. The following year he was inducted into the East Hudson U.S. Soccer League Hall of Fame.

The accolades don't stop there, off the field is where Coach McIlvenny makes some of his biggest impacts. In 2014, he and his wife started a 501 (c) (3) charity called Kickin' Back, which provides athletic equipment and books to children in Africa. So far the charity has sent 40,000 pieces of soccer equipment and 20,000 books. In addition to the supplies, two libraries have been build in Namibia, and an education center/soccer field is in progress to be built in Malawi with the Banda Sports Foundation.

-Coerver Coaching COEs operate around the world with the aim of maximizing each player's development. This is achieved by providing each player with a market-leading player package that has been designed to maximize the technical, physical, psychological and social development potential of each player.

-The program is delivered using professional coaching, age-specific technical and physiological programs, top-class facilities and an extensive support program on and off the training field.

-Our aim is to develop confident and creative players while teaching essential social skills such as good sportsmanship and respect, in addition to a good attitude to practice and play.

Every Center of Excellence session follows the Coerver Pyramid. This means every session would include ball mastery, passing and receiving, 1v1 attack + defense, speed, finishing, and group play.

The pyramid consists of 6 building blocks that is designed as a foundation for players to follow. Each block has dozens of games and training exercises for all ages and experience levels.

The Pyramid Approach, combined with the Coerver Coaching philosophy, allows players to quickly gain confidence and progress through the interconnected levels of the game. Each step is integral to the others and player improvement is achieved as their techniques improve at each level! Our focus is strictly to develop the individuals technical (skills), physical (athleticism) and cognitive (decision making) abilities, the same abilities taught within world class organizations such as Barcelona and Manchester United.

-Centers of Excellence operates during the Fall and Spring seasons and is open to all players 5-18-Players have the chance to be invited to advanced level, invite-only programs:

- Center of Excellence (players 7-18)

- Center of Excellence First Soccer Skills program (players 5-7)

-Players will attend a 90 minute training once per week, following a top curriculum, with the best coaches. (1:15 maximum coach to player ratio)

-Goalkeeper training is also offered in Centers of Excellence!
